How long has Monster been in business?
Monster.co.uk launched and opened its first UK office in 1997, three years after Monster.com was founded in the US by Jeff Taylor.
How can working at Monster develop my skills?
After an initial training period at the Monster Academy in Glasgow, you are encouraged to take part in internal and external training courses and seminars which will help you to become an expert in your field.
For those employees who are looking to further their education, we also offer course fee sponsorship to help them achieve their goals.
Are there opportunities for internal promotion?

When am I eligible to enrol in the benefit program?
